The remaining cost is variable and is related to the use of the MiRIDE tracking Unit. The MiRIDE sends position reports, status reports and can be managed remotely. Each communication constitutes a transaction. The client pays per transaction and the frequency of position reports (transactions) is determined by the client. Each time the client calls for position or a position is reported constitutes a transaction.

When MiRIDE is purchased, your account comes loaded with $5.00, transactions will be initially billed at .15 per transaction. Transactions are then paid for through bundles, the bundles can be bought with recurring credit card payments or with individual credit card payments per bundle.
